Creating Your Thunder Code Account + Org onboarding

Step-by-step guide to getting started with Thunder Code.

Part 1: Creating Your Thunder Code Account


  • Click “Sign Up”

  • Enter your professional email address (you can not sign up with personal emails like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, …)

  • Enter a secure password that meets the following requirements:

    • At least 8 characters

    • At least 3 of the following:

      • Lower case letters (a-z)

      • Upper case letters (A-Z)

      • Numbers (0-9)

      • Special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*)

  • Click “Continue

  • Open your inbox and look for an email from “Thunder Code” with title “Please Verify Your Email Address

  • Click the “Verification link” in the message

  • Click on “Back to Log in”

  • Log in with your credentials

  • Enter your “Full name” and “Job title” and Click “Continue

Part2 : Onboarding your Organization

After your first login, you’ll begin the organization onboarding process. This helps Thunder Code tailor the experience to your business.


Website Analysis

Thunder Code can analyse your website to auto-fill basic details.

  • Enter your company website URL on the welcome screen

  • Click “Next”

  • Wait a moment while the website is scanned

  • Click “Next” to proceed


Organization Profile

Thunder Code will automatically fill in key details about your company based on the website analysis.

You can review, edit, or complete any missing information to ensure everything is accurate and up to date.

Overview

  • Company Name (required)

  • Industry – e.g., Healthcare, Technology, Finance

  • Founded – Year your company started

  • Headquarters – Main office location

  • Size – Total number of employees

  • Logo – Upload in PNG, JPG, or SVG format

  • Click “Next” to continue.

Products

Provide information about any service or product your organization offers:

  • Product Name (required)

  • Features – Key functions or highlights

  • Jargon – Any terms specific to your industry

  • Market – Choose from SMB, Enterprise, B2C, Government

  • Users – Tag user types (e.g., Admins, Editors, Developers)

  • Partners – List integrations or technology partners

  • Constraints – Mention any product limitations

  • Click “+” to enter more than one product.

  • When done, click “Next”.

Quality Assurance

Provide insight into your organization’s QA practices:

  • Standards – Select those you follow (choose all that apply):

    • Global: ISO9001, ISO27001, OWASP, WCAG, etc.

    • Europe: GDPR, EN301549, EU AI Act, etc.

  • Other Standards – Add anything not listed

  • Workflow – Pick how your teams operate:

    • Agile Sprints

    • Scrum Teams

    • Kanban Boards

    • DevOps

  • Tests – Select the testing methods you use:

    • Unit Testing

    • Integration Testing

    • Performance Testing

    • Regression Testing

    • Security Testing

    • Exploratory Testing

    • End-to-End Testing

  • Other Tests – Add any custom or uncommon testing methods

  • Click “Submit” to complete onboarding.


Troubleshooting Tips

Website Analysis Not Working?

  • Make sure the URL includes https://

  • Confirm the website is public and online

  • Try the Retry button

  • Or click Skip to proceed manually


Issues Creating an Account?

  • Check that your email address is valid

  • Ensure your password meets all complexity requirements

  • Try a different browser or clear your cache

  • Confirm your internet connection is stable


Didn’t Get the Verification Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Wait a few minutes—it may be delayed

  • Use the Resend Verification Email option on the login page

  • Double-check your email address for typos
